Even chronic acne can be cured using these natural methods.

Here are some of the natural methods that you can try.

  • Most cases of acne have a trigger that causes it to flare up and some are worse than others. Some of the worst triggers include any type of fried food, dairy products that are pasteurized, salty snacks, hydrogenated oils, foods that contain sugar, foods that have preservatives like sulphates, and processed foods which contain gluten.
  • Your diet should consist of foods that are unprocessed, and make sure that at least fifty percent of your diet is made up of vegetables. The makeup of your diet should be based on a variety of things like what your body type is, your health history, what your ethnic background is, and how healthy you are now.
  •  You should make sure that you get enough sleep so that when you wake up you feel refreshed. Your body can only efficiently repair your damaged skin if you have a deep and restful sleep.
